HD77 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistan Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between HD77 ("the platform", "we", "us") and any individual ("you", "the user", "the member") who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the HD77 platform at hd77.plus.

By creating an account on HD77, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are accessing the platform voluntarily and on your own behalf, and that you accept these Terms in full without reservation. Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk and discretion.

HD77 is an online gaming and sports betting platform offering sports betting markets, fish games, bingo, a VIP loyalty programme, and promotional offers. All platform activity and all financial transactions on HD77 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

These Terms should be read alongside the HD77 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

To use HD77's real-money features — including sports betting, fish games, bingo, and claiming bonuses — you must register a personal account. Registration is free and open to adults aged 18 and above.

• You may only hold one active HD77 account. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension.
• All registration details you provide — including your name, contact information, and payment method details — must be accurate and kept up to date. HD77 may request documentation to verify your identity at any time.
• You are responsible for keeping your HD77 login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. HD77 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify HD77 support immediately via your account dashboard messaging function.
• HD77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

Accounts registered with false identity information will be closed. Any PKR balance in such accounts may be withheld pending investigation, and bonuses credited to such accounts will be voided.

HD77 supports the following PKR deposit methods for Pakistan-based members: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. All deposits are processed in PKR with no currency conversion applied.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction may apply and are displayed during the deposit process in your account.
• Deposits made via JazzCash or Easypaisa are typically reflected in your HD77 balance promptly, subject to the payment provider's own processing times.
• HD77 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. The payment method used to deposit must be registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified sources may be returned and the account flagged for review.
• HD77 does not charge deposit fees, though your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside HD77's control.
• Deposits made in error — for example, to the wrong account — must be reported to support immediately. HD77 cannot guarantee recovery of misdirected payments made outside the platform's own deposit flow.

Withdrawal of real-money PKR balance from your HD77 account is available once your identity has been verified and any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met.

• Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with anti-fraud procedures.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction. These limits are shown in the cashier section of your account.
• HD77 aims to process withdrawal requests efficiently. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any pending verification steps on your account.
• HD77 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard procedure and applies to all members regardless of account history.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds that have not met the stated wagering requirements will not be approved. Any attempt to withdraw before wagering requirements are complete will result in the bonus being removed from your balance.
• Accounts under investigation for potential terms violations may have withdrawal requests placed on hold pending the outcome of the review.

HD77 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and PSL season promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed for each promotion in your account dashboard.

• Bonuses credited to your account must be wagered a stated number of times before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly shown before you opt in.
• Bonus funds and real money are tracked separately in your account. Real money is used first for wagering unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. If wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity window, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be removed from your account automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per member. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus via a second account will be treated as a terms violation.
• HD77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after members have already opted in, affected members will be notified and any qualifying activity already completed will be honoured.
• Cashback is calculated on verified net losses within the stated cashback period. Cashback is credited as bonus funds with a wagering requirement unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

HD77 offers pre-match and live betting markets across cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, and bilateral series), football, esports, and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the platform.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in regardless of subsequent market movement.
• HD77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a technical error, data feed issue, or human error has resulted in incorrect odds being offered. In such cases, the original stake is returned to your PKR balance.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any point during an event. Bets placed just before a suspension may be voided if the suspension was triggered by an event that had already occurred at the time of placement.
• For cricket markets — including PSL fixtures — in the event of a match being abandoned, reduced, or rescheduled, settlement will follow the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board. Markets without a declared result will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are shown on each betting market. HD77 reserves the right to adjust bet limits for individual members or specific markets at any time.
• Any bet placed using information obtained through unauthorised means, insider knowledge, or match-fixing arrangements will be voided and the account suspended.

HD77's fish games and bingo sections operate as real-money gaming products. All activity in these sections uses your PKR account balance and contributes toward VIP tier progression.

• Fish game results and bingo outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems. HD77 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence results in favour of or against any individual player.
• Promotional free rounds or bonus credits issued for fish games and bingo sections are subject to the specific wagering requirements stated in the promotion terms for those offers.
• Technical disruptions — including disconnection during a fish game session or a bingo round — are handled according to the platform's disconnection policy. Where a game state cannot be recovered, the round result will be determined by the last confirmed game state recorded on HD77's servers.
• HD77 reserves the right to remove or replace game titles within the fish games and bingo sections at any time without prior notice.

The HD77 VIP programme comprises five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Elite. Progression through tiers is based on cumulative eligible wagering activity across all platform sections within the relevant qualification period.

• VIP tier benefits — including cashback rates, reload bonus access, and dedicated account management — are applied at the tier level achieved at the time of the benefit being credited.
• HD77 reserves the right to adjust VIP tier threshold requirements, benefit rates, and programme structure at any time. Members will be notified of material changes to the VIP programme in advance.
• VIP tier status is not transferable between accounts. VIP benefits credited to a member's account are for that member's personal use only and cannot be gifted, sold, or transferred.
• Accounts found to be inflating wagering figures to qualify for higher VIP tiers through collusion, self-play across multiple accounts, or other artificial means will be demoted and may be suspended.

The following actions are prohibited on HD77 and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent ban from the platform:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information during registration or at any point during account verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any tool that interacts with the HD77 platform other than through normal manual use by a human user.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical glitches to generate illegitimate winnings. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected platform error must be reported to HD77 support immediately.
• Colluding with other players to guarantee outcomes in poker, bingo, or any competitive game format offered on the platform.
• Any form of money laundering, fraudulent payment activity, or use of stolen payment method details.
• Attempting to place bets using information not available to the general public, including match-fixing arrangements or insider information.

You may request to close your HD77 account at any time by contacting customer support through your account dashboard. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe.

• Before closure, any remaining real-money PKR balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification being complete.
• Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of account closure will be removed and will not be paid out.
• If you are requesting account closure for responsible gaming reasons — including a desire to stop gambling — HD77 strongly recommends using the self-exclusion tool available in your account settings rather than a standard closure, as self-exclusion includes additional protections and a cooling-off period before any reactivation can be considered.
• HD77 may close your account without prior notice if a breach of these Terms is identified. Closure by HD77 for breach of Terms does not entitle you to a return of forfeited balances.

HD77 is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. Gaming and sports betting on HD77 are intended as entertainment activities for adults who are comfortable with the risk of losing the amounts they choose to stake.

• Deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion tools are available within your HD77 account settings. You are encouraged to use these tools to manage your gaming activity.
• HD77 is only available to adults aged 18 and above. If you are aware of an underage individual using an HD77 account, please report this to support immediately.

Your continued use of the HD77 platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree to an updated version of the Terms, you should close your account before the updated Terms take effect.
